Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address, replacement or refund as preferred.

*Please note, refund claims for defective, damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

If your return item arrives and is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You must make a return request within 15 days of receiving the item. You have 30 days from when you receive the item, to ship it. If we receive the item after 30 days, you may not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
